Hello Everyone, Nowadays there is so much Craze is there for an IPO by the layman investors and retail investors as due to the pandemic all the people were finding a way to earn money from their home as they were stuck at their home due to the lockdown imposed by the government to control the pandemic effect.

As per the reports, there are only 3 to 4% of the population of India is investing in the financial/stock market and there is a huge potential in finance so today we will be talking about the IPO

What Is IPO?

- IPO is known as Initial Public Offering 

- When any new company is listing on a stock exchange that process is known as IPO

- First of all, the company hires an Investment Banker for the valuation of a Company after that process they submit the documents of IPO to SEBI for approval.

- After getting approval from a SEBI the company launches its IPO in the stock market and the participants can apply for the IPO.

- After that, the allotes get the allotment of the IPO by a computerized system and others get a refund of their application.

- After the allocation process, the company gets listed and the stock starts trading on the stock exchange.

How to Apply for an IPO?

- To apply in IPO first of all you need a Demat account and trading account.

- If you have a Demat account already then you can submit your application of bidding when the IPO is open for Bidding.

- The dates will be shown in any finance application and news also so be active and read the news daily so that you can get details for an IPO regularly.

- Those who don't have a Demat account I will be sharing account opening link so that you can open a Demat account online and apply for an IPO
