Fundamental Analysis

1.) What Is Fundamental Analysis :-

Fundamental Analysis means the financial statements of the company/enterprise, Management of the company, growth of the company, working model of company, quality of products that are manufactured by that company, quality of the management of that company.



2.) When it is needed :-

It is important thing to do fundamental analysis of the company when you  want to invest in that company so that you can earn the maximum returns on your investment and your investment grow regularly.it is mainly used by the research analyst while making reports of the company or while searching for the value picks for the clients.

3.)How to do Fundamental Analysis :-

=>The very first step is to check the management of the company if the management is clever and honest than you can keep trust on that company .

=>Second step is to check the financial statement of the company. Is the company is in profit ? Is company's growth is consistent ? Is company have large Debt ? Is company's revenue is growing quarterly ? what is profit after tax of the company.

=>Third step is to check the quality of the product that company is manufacturing ? is quality is good ? does there is demand of that product in the market ? does it is better than its peer's product ? Is there will be demand increase of that product in the future ?

=>Fourth Step is to see  what are the plan of the company for future ? how they will try to increase their profit and revenue of the company.

=>fifth step is to check that is company is giving regular dividend & Bonus to their shareholders.

It is difficult for everyone to do Fundamental analysis in deep & properly so if you don't know much about fundamental analysis than uh can read reports that are published by experts/stock broker agency on their website or you can watch finance news channels they are also having shows for investment calls conduct by the experts.
